Everest, Lhotse, Lhotse Shar and the magnificent Mt. Amadablam with several other adjoining peaks.With an interesting and wonderful stop here with a visit to the monastery with views and then heading higher to Dingboche with another rest day for acclimatization in Imjatse valley a beautiful place with high mountains that encircles this fabulous spot, from here heading much higher to Lobuche and finally the trek leads to the highlight of this adventure at Everest Base Camp with awesome views of Khumbu Ice falls and glaciers and then a climb of Kalapathar with superb views of Mt. Everest at close distance including many adjoining peaks Lhotse, Nuptse, Chamlang and Mt. Pumori.

This part of Nepal Himalaya was totally scenic and picturesque enjoyed the services of EncountersNepal and whole part of this trip to Annapurna Base Camp with the Sanctuary, I think it was the best part of life time experience although there are other good places to travel I think I will never get enough of Nepal and the excellent service of EncountersNepal. From the beginning and end of the trip right from Kathmandu and back, the services of the friendly guides made all the difference to this fantastic trip to Annapurna Base Camp Trekking  and the Sanctuary what a pleasant and wonderful time I had, everything was so perfect and on time and loved Pokhara than Kathmandu it was an enjoyable stay, although with short time in Pokhara there was lot of many things to be done which I missed in this trip, perhaps next time.

Paldor Peak Climbing

Paldor Peak Climbing 5,896 meters:Very remote and in complete isolation the trip was so perfect away from other group of trekkers, it was the right choice of adventure to climb the peak of Paldor around Ganesh Himal area, although the peak was less than 6,000 meters at just 5,896 meters, but somehow it was challenging in some sections of the climb and the expert guide of EncountersNepal was so good in making ledge and route on ice and snow which was needed to fix the trail in technical sections, job so well done without our expert guide we could have never managed to reach the summit of Paldor, enjoyed being on this trek and climb of Paldor and on less visited area, it was more of an exploration trip than trekking. The area was so beautiful and worth visiting I had wonderful time trekking and climbing thank you very much to Rishi Nepal and all the good staff at Encounter Nepal see you next time with different treks and adventure with the same company again.

Island Peak Climbing :Great trip and wonderful adventure trek and climb to Island peak, so professionally managed with expert teams of guides and porters never had any problem with altitude sickness with many days to relax and acclimatization which helped me to reach the summit of Island peak at 6,189 meters or 20,305 ft high it was really a good feeling to be at the top of the world, this trip would have never happened if it was not the help and support of my guides and entire team of trekking staff who were very supportive and made camps and cooked good and healthy meals so that we could not get sick plenty of garlic in this trip to avoid altitude sickness, I am really thankful to the guides and porters for their extra support and help me to reach the summit of Island peak with no problem.

Mera Peak climbing

Mera Peak climbing :It was really awesome and stunning to be at the top of Nepal’s’ highest trekking peak to celebrate my 40th birthday here in the Himalaya, I felt really emotional to reach this high for my birth day, normally celebration takes place with entertainment fun and dances, parties well I took the other way round to make my 40th birthday so special on the highest peak that I could climb, and certainly I found my good friend Rishi in Kathmandu who helped and planned this trip for me and making very special with camping outfits, expert guides and strong high altitude porters, the crew was so expert they were very professional when it came to climbing portion helped and support me all the way to the summit of Mera Peak at 6,654 meters, although in different books and maps the elevation varies with few meters well this height I took officially from NMA ( Nepal Mountaineering Association) who takes charge of trekking climbing permits.

It was the best and highlight of my life to be on top of Mera Peak and all thanks goes to my wonderful guides and porters and to Rishi at Encounter Nepal for making this trip a huge success.

Everything was done on time even the tourist bus from Kathmandu ran on time to Pokhara everything happened and ran on time thanks to the good service of EncountersNepal they took all the troubles to make my trips hassle free and they keep on saying feel like you are in holiday, so I gave all the planning to the expert hand to Rishi at EncountersNepal for all the permits and papers that required for trekking in Nepal.
