An adventure which leads you away from mainstream trekking trails into quiet-remote and isolated places in the harmony of pristine environment within complete tranquil areas and then eventually joining the main path before and after crossing Everest Three high passes of Kongma-la 5,535m-Tsho (Cho) - La 5,367m and Renjo-La 5,360 m with grand and glorious panorama of snow clad peaks.
Starting with exciting and scenic short flight in a small aircraft either Dornier or Twin Otter overlooking fantastic views of mountain range which includes Mt. Everest as the plane lands at Lukla unique airstrip and then starting the adventure with pleasant and gradual walks past number of Sherpa villages with well tended terraced and farm fields.
Walk leads within Sagarmatha National Park covering an area of 1,148 sq.kms, Sagarmatha a Nepalese name for Mt. Everest, and Sherpa of Tibetan origin calls Chomolungma in both languages means 'Great Mother'.
The park was added as World Heritage Sites since 1979 and as well the world highest park with world's highest peaks in the land of Yak & Yeti with some other elusive wild animals and exotic bird life which can be spotted along the walks.
As the trek progress with uphill climb to reach at famous Namche Bazaar where colorful and busy Saturday market is held every week, here with rest days for acclimatization and short hike to explore this wonderful areas.
Beyond Namche Bazaar trek enters into serene alpine woodland of tall rhododendron-magnolia-juniper-firs and pine trees on reaching at scenic Thyangboche Monastery surrounded within beautiful peaks, and from here onward where tree lines drops for windswept arid terrain as the walk leads to cross Kongmo-la from scenic Imjatse valley and then visiting Everest base camp with climb of Kalapathar at 5,545 m, the highest point of the adventure with close views of Everest.
Our next adventure leads to beautiful Gokyo valley with its emerald colored lakes on crossing high Tsho (Cho) - La pass in the shade of world's 6th highest Mt. Cho-Oyu with climb up to Gokyo Ri for stunning views capturing world's four highest peaks with brilliant sunrise.
Last pass of the adventure takes you high over Renjo-la to complete our beautiful journey and then back to Namche Bazaar back into green vegetation as the walk ends at Lukla for the flight back to Kathmandu after an overwhelming adventure of a lifetime experience on Everest Three Pass Trekking.
Note:
Best Season for Everest Three Pass from April to June and September to early December, the grade of trekking will be from moderate-adventurous to challenging (in snow condition)
The trek duration will be minimum of 16 to 18 days taking flight in and out from Lukla.
