This scenic ridge top Ghorepani Deurali stands at 2,874 meters high, as you can feel the cooler fresh air, a beautiful spot in the midst of rhododendron forest with amazing views of Mt. Dhaulagiri mountain range with Nilgiris, Vara Shikar (Annapurna Fang) and Annapurna South towards north.

This is the most famous and popular place for the hike to scenic Poon Hill top, next morning at the crack of dawn an uphill climb of 45 minutes or an hour walking through serene rhododendron, pines and fir forest and then to the top of Poon Hill at the height of 3,190 meters, which will the highest point of this journey, Poon Hill offers wide panorama of 350° angle of mountains range starting from Mt. Dhaulagiri, Nilgiris, Annapurna I – II – III – IV, Annapurna South, Gangapurna and Mt. Machhapuchhre “Fish-Tail” extending towards
