After Ulleri a gradual walk leads through serene forested area of rhododendron, pines, maples, birch, oaks and pine trees into a gorge with cool temperature, as the trek progress arriving at main Ghorepani village which is tucked within the woodlands, our journey heads to upper Ghorepani known as Deurali meaning a ridge top located on an old Trans Himalayan Salt Trade Route to Tibet via Upper Mustang.

This scenic ridge top Ghorepani Deurali stands at 2,874 meters high, as you can feel the cooler fresh air, a beautiful spot in the midst of rhododendron forest with amazing views of Mt. Dhaulagiri mountain range with Nilgiris, Vara Shikar (Annapurna Fang) and Annapurna South towards north.
